Had a water accident in the kitchen two months ago. Upon reaching a settlement with the insurance company Kevin came over and gave us a quote and was able to go to work almost immediately. He and his project manager Tony built and replaced all the affected cabinets and drawers and repainted them so everything matched. They also supervised all necessary plumbing and electrical work so our kitchen looks and functions like the accident never happened. More importantly the final bill matched the original quote exactly without any surprises. Thank you Kevin and Tony.

Kevin and the team were ready to work with up front. He has a really good working relationship with our insurance (yes, he came out after we had a little mishap). They were always responsive and did a really nice interior work. Those are all good things. Kevin, himself, sealed the deal today. I reached out about what I thought was an install error. He was responsive as can be and cave out, himself. The work is well beyond warranty, he simply wanted to personally ensure that his company's work was done right. Shocker... Seib Construction is an amazing general contractor. One of the best custom cabinet makers in southern California, excellent customer, customer service, timeliness, and quality of work. They work very closely with most insurance companies, as well as on the retail side. As a manager at a large insurance company in Orange County, I have witnessed hundreds of jobs that Seib Construction has completed, and not one single complaint ever. His in-house staff have been with him for years, they are extremely professional, clean, and efficient.

After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets. He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets.

Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop.

We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen. The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable. He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great.

He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired. With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions.

Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. Kevin Seib was reliable, competent, flexible, and easy to work with, and communicates in a timely manner. He is customer oriented and meets his commitments. All of his workers and sub-contractors were on time, friendly, and provided high quality work.

AAA recommended this company after we had a leak in our kitchen. Kevin and Tony were a pleasure to work with. Kevin is very knowledgeable about high-end cabinets and Tony made sure every detail was taken care of to our satisfaction. We plan to have them back to do more work for us, unrelated to the leak. We did get other estimates but we are so happy we had Seib do our project.

I needed only a simple shelf to match an existing cabinet. I knew the exact measurements and type of veneer. Steve at Seib got back to me promptly with a price and they got it done fast. I second my husband Wolf A. We had a great experience. Things did not go completely flawless, but these are big projects and I think it's fair to practice patience and communication. Kevin Seib was so good about correcting and adjusting any areas of concern before moving forward with the next steps of the project . His crew worked tirelessly to get a perfect finish on all stages of the work. My advice to all and especially to the women is to have a plan of what you want ready for him. Their work is spot on to what YOUR vision is. So be ready with pictures and ideas, he helped me put it all together, my vision and his craftsmanship. Our kitchen had a devastating water leak. Half of our kitchen had to be ripped out. Our Restoration  company John at Procare Services recommended Seib Construction who specializes in Cabinets. Owner Kevin Seib came out and he took his time listened to our needs and once his crew started they did amazing work.  His crew was skilled and each detail was meticulous completed. We had a water loss and our first company dropped the ball, so our insurance company immediately recommended Seib Construction. Kevin quickly contacted my wife and from that conversation we knee we were in good hands. Tony did an excellent work rebuilding the boxes, and matching the existing ones that were not damaged. I'm creating this review on Veteran's Day, a day that commemorates profound and sacrificial military service to our Country. I'm leaving this review for a different kind of service...service provide to an extremely satisfied home owner and customer of Kevin Seib Construction. Kevin responded to water damage in my Kitchen. My homeowner's Insurance AAA recommended the best in the business!  Kevin's crews covered every aspect of my remodel, from superior cabinet installation, to electrical, to plumbing. All were wonderful people who paid complete and thoughtful attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Kevin's gift for kitchen design and superior cabinetry construction and support took so much stress out of the process. He helped with wise advice throughout. Whenever there was a concern or issue, Kevin was always quick to respond and address the matter. Israel, Who handled the installation of the cabinetry was superb throughout, a quality control expert throughout the process assuring satisfaction of the completed project.   The end result was a beautiful kitchen beyond expectations. The beauty of the cherrywood cabinetry, the overall design of the kitchen, the new tile flooring, the beautiful arrangement of the reconfigured appliances.....all have made my wife and I thrilled that we selected Kevin Seib and his team to create a beautiful new "experience" in our home. What an excellent experience it is working with Seib Construction! I wanted to write this review during our process because having a kitchen flood and rebuilding it is stressful. Kevin, Larry, and the team have taken that stress away with their dedication to excellence! Our insurance company sent Seib out to decide if our water-soaked cabinets could be rebuilt. Larry came and inspected everything and worked with our insurance on an estimate for repair versus rebuild. After meeting with Larry, I knew this was the company I wanted to rebuild our kitchen. Kevin came out to make drawings of our dream kitchen. As I talked with Kevin, he completely understood what I envisioned, made the best recommendations, and designed an amazing kitchen. Last week, the cabinets were put in. They are perfect! I looked briefly at the first few cabinets but then had other work to do. When I returned to the kitchen after the first day of work, I was immediately in love with the beauty and craftsmanship. What is truly impressive is that the team reviews everything with the most critical eye. If there is any slight issue, they have already seen it, will point it out to you, and tell you what will be done so it is perfect. For example, our wall is not straight on one side. We noticed a slight gap. When the carpentry part of the installation was done, we did not have to point this out. The carpenter, Israel, told us the next steps, pointed it out, and said they would be adding some molding to that spot and every matching spot. Basically, he told us how they would make our kitchen perfect! It is hard to put into words how comforting it has been to work with a company that we can completely trust, but I have felt that way from the first day with Seib. I currently walk into my kitchen and marvel at the beauty, and we are still not done. Even though we still have to install our countertops, floor, and backsplash, it is already beautiful, and I, who like to overthink everything, know that Kevin has it all handled.
