How We Work

From First Call to
Final Walkthrough.

A clear, documented process so you always know what's happening, what's next, and who to call.

Step One

An in-home meeting with our team.

We come to you. We walk the space, listen to what you're trying to accomplish, and ask the questions that matter — how you actually use the room, what's working, what isn't, what you've been putting off.

You'll get honest advice on what's possible at your scope and budget. No pressure to commit, no obligation to move forward.

Step Two

A custom plan built around your project.

For remodels, this is where our team develops the layout, cabinet plan, material selections, and finish choices — drawing from our in-house cabinet options. If you're looking for a designer, we can recommend one we work with.

For insurance restoration, this is where we develop a repair plan in coordination with your adjuster: scope of work, materials, timeline, and documentation.

Either way, nothing moves forward until you've reviewed and approved the plan. You see exactly what you're getting, and exactly what it costs, before fabrication begins — and we do things in writing, so there's no ambiguity about scope or price.

Step Three

Cabinets built in our shop, materials staged for site.

While the site is being prepped, your custom cabinets are being built in our Orange County shop — to your dimensions, in your chosen species and finish. Materials are ordered and staged. A construction schedule is finalized with clear milestones.

You approve everything before site work begins. No surprise change orders, no mid-project material swaps.

Step Four

The build, overseen start to finish.

Our team handles the construction work — demolition, structural, plumbing, electrical, cabinet installation, finishing. We personally oversee quality at every phase.

You'll get regular communication throughout the project — not radio silence followed by surprises. Our office follows up by phone and email, and we set scheduled check-ins so you always know what's happening and what's coming next. The job site is kept clean and organized daily; we treat your home like we'd treat ours.

Step Five

Every detail checked, every question answered.

When the work is complete, we walk the project with you. Any punch-list items are addressed in a timely manner.

You'll have our number for anything that comes up after — because the project isn't really done when the work stops; it's done when you're confident in what you got.
