Had a water accident in the kitchen two months ago. Upon reaching a settlement with the insurance company Kevin came over and gave us a quote and was able to go to work almost immediately. He and his project manager Tony built and replaced all the affected cabinets and drawers and repainted them so everything matched. They also supervised all necessary plumbing and electrical work so our kitchen looks and functions like the accident never happened. Kevin and the team were ready to work with up front. He has a really good working relationship with our insurance (yes, he came out after we had a little mishap). They were always responsive and did a really nice interior work. Those are all good things. Kevin, himself, sealed the deal today. I reached out about what I thought was an install error. He was responsive as can be and cave out, himself. The work is well beyond warranty, he simply wanted to personally ensure that his company's work was done right. Shocker... Seib Construction is an amazing general contractor.   One of the best custom cabinet makers in southern California, excellent customer, customer service, timeliness, and quality of work.   They work very closely with most insurance companies, as well as on the retail side.  As a manager at a large insurance company in Orange County, I have witnessed hundreds of jobs that Seib Construction has completed, and not one single complaint ever. After a flood in our kitchen, Kevin Seib of Seib Construction provided an estimate to the insurance company to refurbish / rebuild our kitchen cabinets.  He provided a realistic estimate that was not a low-ball and we were able to add about 10% to have Kevin build and install custom cabinets. Kevin is a licensed cabinet maker and general contractor and he has a 7000 Sq foot workshop. We are extremely happy with the job Kevin performed to rebuild our kitchen.  The cabinets he built provide much more storage space than the old cabinets and the stain finish on alder looks like a fine furniture finish, but durable.  He uses the highest quality hardware and everything fits well and works great. He worked with us to design the cabinets and he provides excellent computer drawn design drawings that made it easy to visualize the final product and make changes as desired.  With his experience he is able to make insightful suggestions. Working with Seib construction was a pleasure. Kevin Seib was reliable, competent, flexible, and easy to work with, and communicates in a timely manner.  He is customer oriented and meets his commitments.
