Since 2007, Kevin Seib and his team have built a different kind of construction company in Orange County — one where the owner still answers the phone, the cabinets are still built in our own shop, and the first instinct on a damaged home is to repair what's there before tearing anything out.

Kevin grew up doing this work alongside his dad, learning the trade hands-on before he ever ran a job of his own. He started Seib Construction in 2007 with a simple idea: build the kind of company he'd want to hire.
What that looks like in practice is the basics most contractors get wrong. Showing up when you said you would. Doing what you said you'd do. When something goes sideways — and on a construction project, something always does — actually picking up the phone, not ignoring it because you've already been paid. Communicating before a timeline slips, not after.
I try to place myself in the customer's shoes. I am a customer of these processes. People shouldn't feel like a number — like the job's done, see you later, on to the next one. That level of care is what's missing in construction. And it's not complicated. It's showing up, following through, and treating people the way you'd want to be treated.

Our Orange County cabinet shop is where every Seib Construction kitchen, vanity, built-in, and restoration piece is made — by our team, on our equipment, to your specifications. That matters for three reasons:
Custom sizing. Pre-fab cabinets come in fixed widths. Ours come in whatever width your wall actually is.
Faster turnaround. When something needs to change mid-project, we adjust on the floor. No four-week reorder.
Quality we can stand behind. Every joint, finish, and detail passes through our team before it leaves the shop.
